The four stars of the St. Georg hotel restaurant promise a culinary treat from morning to night. This à la carte restaurant is the place where Austrian specialities meet chefs who turn a steak of Pinzgau beef, Carinthian Kasnudeln (cheesy pasta) or the classic Kaiserschmarren into a feast for the palate. The dishes are all inspired by the region and are prepared almost exclusively from fresh products from the SalzburgerLand. Every dish is accompanied by exquisite Austrian wines from the hotel's own traditional wine cellar. Once a week, guests are also introduced to this high-quality collection at a wine tasting.
