Fun slopes Your fun slopes in Zell am See-Kaprun
What have spirals, waves and tunnels to do with skiing? Quite simple: they provide extra fun on the pistes! In Zell am See-Kaprun you will find several fun slopes that provide a lot of variety during your day of skiing. The Funslope XXL on the Schmittenhöhe is even one of the world’s longest fun slopes!
Schmittenhöhe: Funslope XXL
Maybe as a child you too liked to take shortcuts along winding forest paths, dodged branches and dared small jumps: the Funslope XXL on the Schmittenhöhe is modelled on exactly this feeling. Here you rely entirely on your natural instincts and skilfully curve through natural terrain and over shaped obstacles. The Funslope starts at 1,765 metres above sea level next to the upper terminus of the Hochmaisbahn, followed by 1.3 kilometres of obstacles: giant hands that you can smash into, giant spirals, scrolls, jumps, tunnels and more. And at the very end, it gets even faster with the Speedboost!
Kitzsteinhorn: Funslope Eagle Line
There is a second fun slope in the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski resort. The Eagle Line is a fun slope with banked curves, jumps and other obstacles. Just like the Funslope XXL, the one-kilometre-long slope is made for all age groups, for beginners and pros: while beginners can slowly get to grips with the waves and curves, experts can speed through the curves and take off on the jumps.
Maiskogel: In the Maisi Line
You can also let off steam on a fun slope on the family mountain Maiskogel: Maisi Line has a line for snowboarders and a fun area with easy fun elements. This track, with lots of animal figures, is especially made for children: they whizz down the park, over the wave tracks and between the fir trees!
