Blaickner's Sonnalm

At the end of the 1950s, Blaickner's Sonnalm was the first real mountain hotel in Zell am See: the quaint mountain inn has retained its charm to this day, even though modern comforts have found their way in. At Blaickner's Sonnalm, lovingly designed double rooms and four-bed rooms are available for overnight stays. But day guests are also very welcome at this sunny spot: the Sunday brunch is one of the culinary highlights in winter as in summer. Weddings, birthdays and other private celebrations also find an idyllic setting at the Sonnalm. Blaickner's Sonnalm is easily accessible by gondola with the Sonnenalmbahn and is located directly along the pistes of the Schmittenhöhe in winter, and along the hiking trails in summer.
