At 3,029 metres above sea level and right on the border of the Hohe Tauern National Park, a spectacular view of the high alpine nature opens up for visitors to TOP OF SALZBURG. Special is that this moment can be experienced without a challenging mountain tour. The cable car takes you comfortably uphill to the glacier world on the Kitzsteinhorn. Here you can enjoy the view of the glaciated peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park from the viewing platforms "Top of Salzburg" and "National Park Gallery". On a free guided tour through the attractions of TOP OF SALZBURG and the 360-m-long info tunnel National Park Gallery you will also learn interesting details about the Hohe Tauern and the Kitzsteinhorn.
